Gingerbread Houses

I love the idea of gingerbread houses--but I usually get frustrated trying to use frosting to glue the crackers together. The house is usually ugly and never edible. My mom had an excellent idea--she created cardboard forms out of tissue boxes, and then glued the graham crackers onto the cardboard.

It wasn't the tastiest option, but it provided the most fun. They were so easy to decorate and they actually wound up looking halfway decent. My young cousins had a great time, and so did the adults.
